At Aoulnek, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the policy below.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed or before they have been processed for shipment, whichever comes first.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

How to Cancel

To request an order cancellation, please email us as soon as possible with the following details:

• Your Full Name
• Reason for Cancellation (optional)

Refund for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before your order has been shipped, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
